Why the Black Cat Name?
My uncle named his company after his dog, and I thought, why not name mine after my cat? Mandy was a rescued black cat and an unforgettable part of our family, so Black Cat Technologies felt like the obvious choice. Her curiosity, resilience, and quiet companionship made her very special.
Those same qualities shape the way we work today: patiently, thoughtfully, and with genuine care for the people and organizations trusting us with their technology.
We believe technology should reduce stress, strengthen communities, and help good people accomplish meaningful work.
Naming a technology company after the cat made perfect sense. She had already been supervising the operation.
